Refund policy

Please note that air bubbles may appear within the cup as a result of the shipping process. This is a normal occurrence and is not considered a defect. Therefore, it does not warrant a replacement. These bubbles are simply an unavoidable aspect of shipping and handling.

We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom product made specifically for you.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and the shipping company within 48 hours of receiving products if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
